It seems absolutely crazy to me to be sharing a bare legged look this late in the game. I mean, hellooooo it’s November! I don’t know what’s going on, but this weather is amazing and I just won’t complain. I did a little shopping this weekend and picked up this vintage tee. Keep reading for some styling tips!
If you follow me on social media then you know I was in Denver this weekend. I had the best time! I’ll be sharing a full travel diary with you tomorrow, but for now I’m just starting with this teaser of a t-shirt I picked up on my travels.
One of the best things about blogging is getting to see how much my style had changed. I know it’s because social media makes it so (beautifully) easy for me to be inspired by so many different looks in a short amount of time. Looks that I never would have tried are now some of my comfort looks! Even more, there are stores that I shop at now that I used to skip right over. Urban Outfitters is one of those stores. Now, a major staple in my wardrobe, I used to find Urban to be a little too “out there” for me. But now I’m obsessed. Luckily Urban Outfitters is my boyfriend’s favorite store as well so he doesn’t mind when we stop in. We did some shopping over the weekend and I found a vintage tee that I loved.
Truth: When it comes to vintage tees sometimes I don’t even know what they are referring to. But I often think they are cute so I’ve been thinking about picking one up for a while!
I found a vintage tee that I loved at Urban but the price tag was a solid $70, which seems a little steep to me since I didn’t even know what the band was. While looking at the boys side with Luke I spotted some men’s tees and looked at their price tags… only $29! I picked up this tee in an XS from the men’s side and it works perfectly for a casual, laid back look! Don’t be afraid to try on a mens shirt, especially if it will save you some $$.
Check back tomorrow for a full travel diary on my weekend adventures in Denver!
